This place is fairly clean with amazingly comfortable rooms and affable, flexible staff, located next to Baixa. Rewritten: I would definitely recommend staying here; it's clean, the rooms are super comfortable, the staff are friendly and flexible, and the location next to Baixa is great.

Enjoyed our room, it was clean with climate control and television. The bed was exceptionally comfortable as expected. Also, location was marvellous, just a short stroll away from Workers Square Monument.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were kind of rude.
